Located near a major hospital, the project began as a single-user clinic for Metro Urology. But several of the company’s strategic partners became interested in the project as it developed, and it grew into a multi-tenant facility. The clinics will serve adult and pediatric urology patients with imaging and pathology services provided on site. The building is clad in brick and anchored by a corner stone tower. The interior décor features natural colors and materials, such as slate and cherry wood. Extra clear height on the first floor enhances space flexibility and accommodates anticipated technological innovations. Completed on a tight timeline, the project is designed for future expansion; at some point, a third floor will be added.
