This three-story Class-A office building is the final phase of the Grand Oak Business Park. An underground level provides heated parking, a conference room, locker rooms, and a fitness facility. The 31,000-square-foot floor plates allow for flexible configuration of space, and the concrete post tension frame construction provides sound control. Exterior materials include textural brick with limestone accents. Granite tile covers the lobby floor, and mahogany and cherry woodwork enhances the common areas. During excavation, a large farm dump was uncovered, which added to the excavation and cleanup costs. The city provided tax increment financing, which helped the developer stay on budget and minimize delays.
