A redeveloped infill Superfund site now hosts an office showroom building with a brick and glass exterior. Five parcels of land were assembled to create the developable parcel, which then required removal of blighted buildings, environmental remediation, and more than $20 million in private and public investment to cover cleanup costs. The new facility features significant landscaping, including screening for a neighboring electrical substation, and environmentally friendly materials were used in both interior and exterior construction. The project offers separate points of entry for trucks and parking. The site has direct access to Highway 7 and is near a variety of restaurants, a bike path, and mass transit.
