NAIOP Careful Constructions

The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Minnesota chapter, has chosen 12 outstanding commercial projects as winners in its annual competition. A panel of 20 judges toured the nominated projects in October and evaluated each building on site development and landscaping, architectural integrity, interior design, integration into the community, market feasibility, and unique project challenges. The winning properties, all of which were completed in 2007, are shown on the following pages.
