For its annual competition, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Minnesota chapter has chosen 12 commercial projects to honor. A panel of 15 judges toured the nominated projects in October and evaluated each building on site development and landscaping, architectural integrity, interior design, integration into the community, market feasibility, and unique project challenges. The winning properties, which were completed in 2009, are shown below.
