The new Boulder Lakes development, located next to Lake Shanahan, takes advantage of its location with outdoor patios, large windows, and a trail system that connect occupants with the natural surroundings. Approximately two-thirds of the combination office, showroom, and warehouse facility is leased to one company. Winter weather, landscaping with boulders, and excavating the site’s heavy wet clay made it a challenge to keep construction on schedule, but the major tenant moved in on time.
