An expanding St. Cloud operation prompted ING Direct to commission a new four-story office building adjacent to its existing offices. The building houses retail banking, an employee fitness center, and office, conference, and training spaces. Exterior finishes include brick, metal panels, and glass designed to fit into the downtown St. Cloud environment. With a short schedule, the project required a fast design and construction process and effective collaboration between in-state and out-of-state designers.
