A business owner wanted to entertain a
networking group to which he belonged. At the same time, he wanted the event to
showcase his purchase of a large building. Aarcee created an elegant event space
in a vacant, unfinished warehouse—the space the host was offering for rent to
his guests.
With flooring, fabric walls, lighting, linens, trees and floral, and sound, the space was transformed. In addition, a scent machine was used to add just the right fragrance—sandalwood—to the room as guests arrived. Guests were served a buffet meal and sat at square tables.
Iridescent fabrics in complementary colors were used on dining tables, buffet, and beverage stations. Gold-rim china service and five-branch antique gold candelabras were chosen to decorate the tables.
