The client wanted a three-day incentive trip for its top sales managers. Design Group was asked to create a welcome reception, multiple food and beverage functions, and assemblies. It would be a challenge to please the guests—a group that is familiar with both the customer-service and event industries.

Each part of the event had a unique look. In one session, custom LED centerpieces and leopard-print overlays on the tables evoked a jazz and blues theme. Another event featured a room dressed in fiery reds with a shimmering table linen, floral arrangements with LED-illuminated vases, and placemats of dark charcoal pebbles.

For an outdoor event, blue and green striped overlays and solid linens covered the tables. Another event had an old-fashioned ambiance with traditional foliage set in hat boxes and dry woven vases atop floral brocade linen.
