Background: Buller led his family’s business, Kitchen Craft
Cabinets, until its acquisition by the Omega Group in 1999. He then headed the
Omega Group until it was acquired in 2002. Buller then joined Norcraft. During
his first two years as Norcraft’s CEO, revenues grew at an annual rate of more
than 20 percent. More recently, Norcraft has achieved five-year investment goals
that Buller set for 2008 in just over two years.
