Additional future growth will come as businesses start to recognize the symbiotic relationship between engaged and satisfied employees and the tenor of customers’ experiences. To that end, Riley predicts that clients increasingly will take a holistic look at assessing their operations—an approach that could serve companies and Modern Survey well.
