Roger J. Sit is at the helm of Sit Investment Associates, a Minneapolis-based financial-asset management firm with more than $6.5 billion in assets. He joined the company, which was founded by his father, in 1998 after spending seven years as a vice president and senior equity research analyst at Goldman Sachs in New York. In 1984, he graduated “with military distinction” from the U.S. Air Force Academy, and for six years he served as a captain in the U.S. Air Force.
