McNulty Homes has created a small, private neighborhood
called Hillary Farm in the town of Gem Lake, seven miles north of downtown St.

Ranging from 3,500 to 8,000 square feet, the custom homes will follow architectural guidelines while still offering freedom of architectural design. For example, each house will feature a paver stone driveway, and homes cannot have vinyl or aluminum siding. Hillary Farm’s model home represents what’s possible for homeowners.
