{TCB} Are other U.S. patent lawyers having similar successes in China?

{Zeuli} Definitely. I was on a panel with two other lawyers, and both of them had also had positive experiences trying cases in China. We were all talking about how much we actually enjoyed the experience. One guy represented a defendant, and his client won their case-—they won a finding of non-infringement.

So I’ve been telling my clients, don’t be afraid. If you’ve got a Chinese patent, the courts over there are pretty good.
