Can’t ING fill up its reflecting pool on Washington Avenue facing the Nicollet Mall? It looks shabby without water, and doesn’t reflect well on its surroundings. True, there may well be some liability issues that ING would rather avoid. If so, why not turn the pool into a nice little park instead?
