If there’s a theme in this year’s “Best of Business,” it’s architecture. Given the hot real estate market—though there’s evidence it’s now cooling—maybe that should come as no surprise. In the downtowns, most of the action has involved condo developments and the renovation of older structures. But in Minneapolis, there are also the highly acclaimed new Guthrie Theater and public library buildings, and in a few years, a new stadium for the Twins.
