If there’s a theme in this year’s “Best of Business,” it’s architecture. Given the hot real estate market—though there’s evidence it’s now cooling—maybe that should come as no surprise. But in Minneapolis, there are also the highly acclaimed new Guthrie Theater and public library buildings, and in a few years, a new stadium for the Twins.
That’s only one kind of building that’s going on locally, though. Businesses large and small are developing new ideas and new brands that will guide our economy forward in some intriguing ways. So let’s take a closer look at that skyline.
