The BioBusiness Alliance—a nonprofit organization with a mandate to identify and cultivate the long-term viability of the state’s bioscience sector—launched Destination 2025 last year as a means to invigorate and secure the long-term growth and competitiveness of Minnesota’s bioscience industry. Now it has an ally in Deloitte Consulting LLP.
The Deloitte team will work
closely with Dale Wahlstrom, CEO of the
BioBusiness Alliance of Minnesota, and
his team to develop a roadmap
that will include specific strategies and
recommendations for a variety
of Minnesota stakeholders.
The
recommendations will identify Minnesota’s competitive position, highlight
potential opportunities, and identify the potential convergence of technologies,
products, and markets in the biosciences industry. The team also will
develop a series of reports that summarize potential evolution of the industry
in five-year increments.
