St. Louis Park-based global payment services company MoneyGram International has acquired two money transfer business in Spain. MoneyCard World Express, S.A. and Cambios Sol S.A. The companies were previously affiliated with MoneyGram's network in Spain and include approximately 500 agent locations in Spain.
The deal will provide MoneyGram with a money transfer license in Spain and is key in the company's plan to expand in strategic global markets.
